SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders.

Ankore was awarded a prime contract# N0017821D8916 on Seaport-NxG during the Rolling Admissions (Solicitation Number N00178-21-R-7000) process in July 2021.

Ankore Consulting's Quality Assurance Program

Ankore Consulting has strong know-how and extensive experience working with Federal agencies. We adhere to several proven quality management processes, including the PMI best practices, Six Sigma, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS). 

Our Team will utilize a Quality Management (QC Manager) position that reports directly to the Program Manager and will be responsible for monitoring the quality of performance by the staff and coordinating the establishment and collection of work metrics.

Our Seaport-e Program Manager and Task Order Project Managers will use our proven Task Order Management System (TOMS) to track, monitor and control task activities, measure performance across all and simultaneous Seaport-e TOs, and generate automated status and performance reports. This will ensure on-time and within budget delivery which will result in huge cost savings to the Navy.
